I want to felicitate Edosin on his cat’s recovery. How they suffered together! It’s so great that out love to animals not only saves their lives but also makes us kinder.

Tutankhamen’s tomb will be closed for visitors.

Since May, 2008 the Pharaoh Tutankhamen’s tomb in the Kings Valley will be closed for visitors for indefinite term as the funeral chamber and the next premises require restoration. Already beginning with December, 2007 no more than 400 visitors in day will be let in the tomb.

The news that access to one of the most well-known of Kings Valley’s complexes will be limited has come after a week when Tutankhamen’s mummy has been shown to public for the first time. It lies in the special glass container in which humidity and temperature are automatically supervised. However, in opinion of experts, hundreds visitors of the tomb per day can cause irreparable damage as to mummy the same to wall-paintings.

Tutankhamen’s Tomb has been opened in 1922 by the British archeologist Howard Carter. The most remarkable finds from burial on a regular basis are sent to the international exhibitions. Such exposition is open in London Now.
